I am not sure if this is the right place for this request, but please would
someone direct me to the right place.
Last week I stupidly decided to download and upgrade to Norton 2006. It did
not work and I then lost the original 2004 and the upgrade would not
reistall. ( needless to say have now ditched Norton and am awaiting (sic)
refund)

I now find that my Windows Security Centre has stopped working and i keep
getting a message that tells me to restart it, but am unable to find anyway
of doing it. I believe Norton has turned it off somewhere but do not know
where.

Microsoft help site is no use, as this machine is 4 years old and came with
SP2 preinstalled.

Any ideas please gratefully welcomed....

Cruella

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I will have a look at all those links you supplied and see if i can repair
