Abnormal Program Halt

Hey There!

I am trying to figure out how to fix a runtime error that
occurs when ripping songs from CD using Musicmatch
Jukebox. Everytime I begin to 'rip' I get the message
that the file mmjb.exe has caused a abnormal program halt.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue? I
would like to keep MMJB, so erasing isn't an option
