Have four accounts in outlook 2000, main account (i.e number 1) able to send
email but not receive. error code 0x800ccc19 Have spoken to BT Yahoo they
have investigated and tell me all OK, if I go into my online Yahoo account my
email works perfect. BtYahoo tell me I have a problem with outlook, have
cancelled all accounts in outlook and reset them up, no difference, Help!!!!,

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
