Have you been able to use outlook 2007 with lotus notes? (ex with a similar
add-in as Notes Connector "olconn2.exe" that I previously used?)
If yes, how?

Those connectors are usually released within some months after release.

Microsoft has no current plans for a Notes/Domino connector for Outlook 2007. You might ask Lotus what they have in mind.
