Able to access \\server\d$ but not \\server\c$

I'm having trouble accessing the C$ (Admin share) for 3 particular servers.
We have over a dozen servers in 2 domain in the same local area network.
From my workstation I can access any admin share (C$ or D$) for any of the
server. This 3 servers are able to view the admin share for the D: drive
(D$) but when they try to access the C$ share fails with the error "The
specified network name is no longer available"

If we share the drive using a regular share we are able to connect fine.
These 3 server are able to connect to the others without problems. It is
only when they attempt to connect to each others admin shares. Like a said,
my workstations is able to connect to these 3 and many others admin shares
without issues.

Running netdiag /v on one of the server show th following:

I also notice that on a list full of Domain controllers, one member server
was listed also:

[FATAL] Kerberos does not have a ticket for DOCU$.

Here is another warning
