Thanks for keeping your eyes up on this one!
These files really enhance the usefulness of AbiWord.

Hope he keeps developing this.

It would be nice if it merged or cooperated with OpenClipart
<http://www.openclipart.org/>.
Say, one project with three branches.
1) Main branch with clip art collection (for use anywhere)
2) OpenOffice.org branch with installer for OpenOffice.org
3) AbiWord branch with installer with AbiWord

There are duplications and name clashes between the two collections.

Most freeware & open source word processor/office suites can't compete
with MS Office's quantity & quality of clip art.

Same, of course, is true of templates but that's another story!!

Regards
Gordon

You can also use TUGZip, which does both passes by default (keeps
extracting).

I've extracted this archive using 7zip and TUGzip (Win98se) and the
results are the same. That is: A number of the files show up as blank.
Their filenames are there and double-clicking them, a window opens at
the file's window dimensions. But the image is a blank white space.

The MD5SUM checks out OK on the archive I DL'd.

Example:

In Animals; frog1.png, frog2.png, frog3.png, rabbit_fun.png,
squirel3.png, squirel4.png, squirel_fun.png, squirrel.png, turtle.png,
turtle1.png - all show as blank white space. The remaining files in
this directory are fine.

This carries on throughout the archive, not all but *most* folders
carry blanks. The directory named Cartoons is particularly bad.

Anyone else get this, or is it just me?

It was the image browser I was using (Thumbs+) For some reason it can't
deal with some of the images, They open up fine in PS Pro.

Sorry about the previous post.

I guess I would have worked that out but thank you for bringing it to
my attention. :-)
