Hi,
Insufficient privileges to write to the target folder is the usual reason.
The cure would be to change the destination folder or to run the program
with elevated privileges (simply running from an admin account is not
sufficient). Why are you running a registry cleaner? For the most part, they
are wholly unnecessary and more likely to cause damage to a system as they
delete what they percieve to be unnecessary keys and strings.
