A9 Toolbar...Is it any good? or are there better progs?.....opinions please

Anybody had experiences with this prog?....i like the idea of leaving
post it notes on web sites but not if it compromises privacy in anyway.

I was wondering wheather or not it is possible to turn off the feature
which stores your bookmarks online?......

also was curious if this prog has any spy/ad ware with it...and if so
is there a better prog than this one around?.....tryed searching google
