A8V-e
Athlon 3000+
WinXP Pro SP2 on orig install disk
USR 8022 wireless router
Verizon DSL

Am new to ASUS and XP Pro. After boot-up the wireless connection to my
router is not made if I logon to a limited account, even repeatedly.
Have no priviledge to connect as limited user. After I logon as Admin
the connection is automatically made and shows in the toolbar. I can
then logout and back into a limited account and the connection is still
OK. If I change the limited account to Admin all works fine. If I
change it back to limited, same old story. Pain-in-the-rear. Any
advice?

Thanks,

John

P.S. Would use Lan (only 2 feet from router) but have only gotten it to
see the router IP 192.168 etc. internal screens. Never did get it to
see the internet.
