A8N-SLI Question ??

I am wanting to build a new computer with an Asus A8N-SLI m/b and an AMD
4000+ San Diego CPU. I have heard that it will not boot unless it has a
certain bios revision with this CPU installed.. I also heard that it has to
be flashed to accept the San Diego chip before I install this CUP. Is this
true?
