my board crashed and I have the following question:
If I install a new one and connect the same SATA-Drives which I had in a
RAID 0 before, would the new board accept these drives as a existing valid
array ?

Yes. As long as a drive plugged to the Nvidia controller,
is again connected to the Nvidia. Or if the drive was
connected to a SIL3114, it is again connected to a port
on the new SIL3114.

RAID disks generally have a "reserved sector" with identity
information, so if two drives were connected to port SATA1 and
SATA2, you can connect them to SATA4 and SATA1 on the new
board if you want. Array membership information in the
reserved sector makes switching port numbers possible.
But a drive used on a given controller type, should be
plugged to the same controller type on the new motherboard.
That is because the reserved sector format can be
different, on different brands of RAID controller chip.
