I believe if you set the clock speed in the BIOS the PCI clock will be
properly locked. If you overclock with AI Booster or nTune from Windows,
it may not be. If you start up nTune it will warn you if the PCI bus is
set to track the HT bus. It seems that you must both set the PCI bus
clock to 33.3 and set the HT bus speed to a non-standard value to get
the PCI bus to be locked.
