A7VN8X Deluxe wont boot from CD

I cannot get my board to recognize the DVD/CD drive as a boot drive.
The BIOS is set-up correctly. I have two SATA drives, no other IDE
drives and the DVD/CD on the secondary master channel. Any
suggestions? Thanks
