Greetings,

I just upgraded my old A7V since it finally died after years of
ininterrupted service, to an A7V8X-X, which has the onboard audio chip
AD1980.

My question is, am I stuck using the Windows mixer? I don't want to
put my flaky SBLive 5.1 in since I am now spoiled with having front
phones/mic jack on my case, and don't need low latency ASIO for the
time being.

I've looked online for a 'windows replacement mixer' but all I see is
soundcontrol or similar disfunctional stuff.

Any ideas anyone?

P.S. My original A7V died 4 hours after I put an XP-M into it, you
have been warned...
