Getting an intermittent problem on bootup.

3 Short Beeps

Changed out the memory, re-heated the chip, checked the heatsink locating.

Does it a lot in Norton Ghost, stopping the disk transfer, remedied by a tap
on the return key, or the case power button.
However it is very frequent.
Not having lockups in XP.
Full Memory check in Bios, no problems.

Any pointers folks....
