Hi,

I've recently upgraded my system from a ATI 7200 graphics card to a Sapphire
Radeon 9600 Pro card.
The system work fine before, but now can't load many programs eg Serious
Sam.
It reports a "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)"
then terminates the program.

Can any one help?

A7V8X-Deluxe; Xp2200+, Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro (latest drivers from ATI
website), Windows XP Pro.

This could be a Firewall issue but probably down to a driver issue.
Make sure you have the latest 7.90 Radeon drivers.
