I am not able to get anything on my monitor during post up of my system.
Once windows boots, I must manually turn the monitor off and back on in
order to see anything. The monitor will work fine from that point on.
I was able to see the post messages and access (see) the BIOS Setup until a
couple of weeks ago and then it stopped and the need to turn the monitor on
and off began soon after.
I do not think it is a windows problem nor a video card problem but cannot
think of anything else.
My system is:
Asus A7V600-X
AMD Sempron 2600+
512 MB RAM
ATI Radeon 7500 video card.
any ideas would be gratefully accepted!
