Something odd happened last night. Just out of curiosity I plugged the OEM
USB2 hub into the motherboard. On re-boot, the on-board NIC didn't work!
I checked through Device Manager (Win-XP.SP2) and found no conflicts or
other error.
Removed the USB2 hub, inserted a LinkSys NIC, re-booted, re-set BIOS
disabling the on-board NIC, and now I got network connectivity again.

How odd. Anybody have something like this happen before? If so, how did you
fix it?

Micheal.
