Hi,

From Asus website it states that barton processor are only supported in
A7V333 with PCB revsion 2. However, I noticed that my A7V333 pcb rev1 with
bios 1006 do support a FSB of 166MHz. So I wonder why a Barton can't run on
it? What actually is the limitation of the rev1 board?

I have a Barton 2500+ running on a revision 1.xx board as I type this. Had
to flash to BIOS rev 1017 (from 1015) to have the board correctly identify
the chip, but it works just dandy.
