A7V333 pcb 1.04 problems

I have Asus A7v333 ,pcb 1.04 Bios 1017 with XP 2400+.But i have a problem
with**the*board.
If i use**FSB*133/33*my*system*crash*but*if*i*use**FSB*132/33*it*works
great.I tested too with XP 2000+ FSB 133/33 works OK
Boards problems,memory ?(I use two sticks TWinMos 3200 of 256M)
