Hello,

I am trying to install Win XP on a new A7N8X-X rev 2 and a mobile
XP2500+.
I flashed the latest A7N8X-X Bios (1009).

I boot on the XP CDRom, drivers are installed from the CD, then the
status bar on the blue screen mentions "Setup is starting Windows" at
which point no more activity occurs.

I run Memtest86 3.1 without problems.

I configured the mobile Barton for 166MHz bus with 11x multiplier.
Memory has been tried at both Auto and 100%

I get the same exact results from an install of W2K.

Help ! I want my new toy ! Any idea ?

Pull everythign out except HD, CD drive and Video card. Disable onboard
sound, Lan. On my P4PE, onboard LAN recently died, it would keep crashing
before even booting all the way to windows.
