Just upgraded my PC from a A7V-E with a thunderbird 800 to an A7N8X-X with a
Barton 2500@3200!
My system does not seems to be faster, lots of times i'm waiting for
something while my cpu usage is like 3%?
What can be wrong? When i render movies or coding mp3's i know that i can
see that i have a faster PC!
Using a GeForce 2MX and 512 kingston 333 mhz ram!
Think I have all the latest drivers!!

Anyone??

You may need to up the memory frequency in the bios.
For instance, my 2600+ was only running 1250Mhz until
I found I could up it to 2.1Ghz. Asus does a low freq. to
ensure a good first time startup. Use MBM5 to monitor
your CPU temp in the process, AMD's run real hot!

Hope this helps, <Lo
