Thanks for your reply...........checked out the drive with seatools and it
showed OK........I booted once and it was OK but the second time I booted,
the computer shut down. I'm now thinking I am underpowered. When I hook
just that second HD to a spare power supply, everything is fine. Right now
I have a 430W........next step would be a 550W. Specs
are......a7n8x-Deluxe, 2500 AMD Barton, 1GB Crucial RAM, All in Wonder 9600
128 MB video, Sony DVD Rom, HP DVD RW, Netgear wireless PCI card, wireless
usb keyboard and mouse, photo printer, floppy, 3 fans, front temp display
and light sticks. Now that I've written all this down, I think I have
answered my own question but any input is appreciated
