my apologies, however, i don't know the etiquite for whether or not to post
this as a new or part of an existing question that I had....

does anyone know what "_xlfn.SUMIFS" name is for? when I was trying to
delete names, I came across this hidden name...I am using XL2007 and I do
have SUMIFS functions in my worksheets.
