I'm in the market for a 9600xt card and noticed that sapphire has a 256mb
version (http://www.sapphiretech.com/VGA/9600-xt.asp). The full retail
version sells for $256,59 here in sweden.

The 128 MB version (also full retail) will sell for $244,68. Isn't the price
difference curiously small? Why would anyone want the 128 MB version? Or am
I missing something??

Why would anyone buy a 9600xt period. A 9700 Pro or the various itterations
of the 9800 is a better way to go imho.
