A local shop is advertising 9600 Pro card for £80, but are looking for £120
for a Sapphire 9600 Pro Atlantis.

Is there any difference between a 9600 pro and a 9600 pro atlantis, and is
it worth an extra £40?

One may be a base card i.e. reference "built by" ATI. The other "powered by"
but with a software bundle. Unless you are attracted by all the extras the
base card will do, after all the speed is the same!
