952142 creates another problem

fixed one problem, but creates another. After installing this patch, the
outlook systray icon remains in the "syncing" state. when the mouse cursor
is hovered over it, reverts to correct icon (just outlook icon). move mouse
away and after about a minute will go back to "syncing" icon and remain there
even when status bar in outlook says All Folders Up To Date.

After uninstalling this patch, behavior returned to normal.
