In anyone can figure out how to get an e-mail question answered under the
free 90 policy please let me know.

1. The web site couldn't "find" my pid and made me type it in...ugh.
2. Once I did it wanted $49 to proceed

this is not a good system

Sounds like you didn't have a retail or current version of whatever product you're trying to get support for.
