the automatic update on 9/4 made my hp deskjet 710
incompatible and says I should install new driver...when
I go to hp and download the new driver it will download
it BUT NOT INSTALL IT.

ANY HELP OUT THERE????????

Did you uninstall it completely first?

Are you logged on as an Administrator or a User with Admin Rights?

Is the print spooler running?

(from the command prompt, type: net start spooler and
remember to hit enter)
