I follow the 828031, removed KB823559, but I still get
this "The Software You Are Installing Has Not Passed
Windows Logo Testing... " when install IE6 Sp1, any one
knows solutions?

This problem occurs if you have installed the Windows XP Hotfix - KB823559.

1. Therefore uninstall the fix KB823559.
2. Install IE SP 1
3. Reinstall KB823559.
