8192 Error

Trying to set up windows xp pro and after i try and load the dives for my scsi drives I get and 8192 error on line 5116. When I pres any key to continue i get the same error with a differnt line. All the lines see to point to the cdrom. The basis for the line is d:\xpsp1\base\boot\setup\setup.c. please help
