816093: Security Update Microsoft Virtual Machine (Microsoft VM)will not install

's Computer Specifications

A week ago, this appeared as a update that I need to install. It is
downloaded, seems install, but after I reboot, I am told it needs to be
installed.

I am using Windows XP version 5.1, build 2600.xpsp.050928-1517 Service
Pack2.

Any help would be appreciated.
