Thanks, but that did not work either.
I uninstalled Defender and then followed your instructions. Reinstalled
defender and had the same error.
But Dial-a-fix did throw an exception with 'version.dll' or something close
to that name on the 'Explorer' part of the Registration Center - which I will
look at again later.
