802.11 WPA question

I'm writing a Wireless client software with WPA

But I do not know how to install my pre-shared key in WPA-
PSK mode.

Should I use NDIS_802_11_ADD_KEY?

After I add a NDIS_802_11_KEY and query the encryption
status, I always get Encryption2KeyAbsent!

Would you please help me?
