Hi, i've hit an problem in excel 2003 where by formula's dont automatically
update after putting in data. It only changes when you save the document or
by clicking in the formual bar and clicking on the tick.

I have seen an article on the net suggesting that this occurs when the
document hits 8000 formulas. I've checked the document and there are around
8125.

Has anyone heard of this problem and is there a fix some where

Thanks

Chris Richards

Did you verify that you have calculation set to automatic?

Tools|Options|calculation tab|check automatic
(xl2003 menu system)
