Our field engineers occasionally have to re-install (and
therefore re-activate) our terminal-services servers. At
some sites outside U.S.), they are asked by the Microsfot
rep for the "7 digit agreement code".
What is this number, exactly? Our company has a corporate
licensing agreement with Microsoft. Is this an agreement
number provided at the corporate level, or is it held by
an individual division or person within the company?
(I'm obviously having problems tracing down this number
internally.)
