65,000 files in my system32/wbem/mof/good directory

's Computer Specifications

I have been trying to figure out why there are over 65,000
files in my system32/wbem/mof/good directory. These files
are named in hexidesimal and have a file size of 0 bytes.

Does anyone know what this is?
