64bit modem drivers?

I've checked PlanetAMD64.com and various other driver sites w/o much
success in getting a driver for my Modem.

It's an old Hayes V.90/K56flex PCI Dual Mode with a Rockwell chipset.
Windows XP installs it as a BestData fax modem and it works fine???

Anyone have any luck getting drivers for anything like that? I've got
a few more to try but I'm running out of options.
