No.It is the same. Different keys for 64 and 32 bit

In retail versions of Vista, full or upgrade, the same product key
can be used for either 32 or 64 bit versions of the same product,
but cannot be activated for both simultaneously. For OEM versions
the product key only works with the product version it is issued with.
