Spyware will download but not initialize with the 64-bit
edition of windows. Normal?

I know several folks running this on 64-bit AMD machines, using the 64 bit
version of XP.

I suspect you may be hitting a more run-of-the-mill bug, rather than
something specific to the platform.

Any information in log files? I haven't researched what logs are available
of the install process.

software cured the problem with 64 bit system. Interestly,
it also cured the problem with 32 bit XP which initally
conflicted with the ATI 9700 video card on my system.

Thanks for letting us know--was that a definitions update?? or the .509
build?
