64-bit computer, trying to get Access to link to dBase 7 files

On my previous computer, with a 32-bit OS, I had no trouble getting Access to
link to some dBase 7 tables. One month ago my computer was replaced by a
computer with a 64-bit OS. I can no longer get Access 2007 to link to these
dBase 7 tables: I get an error message, "External table is not in the
expected format."

What am I doing wrong?
