Does not install on the following system

MSI NEO KT8 Motherboard
MSI 5900 XT 128 MB Graphics
120GB IBM
1 GB Memory
AMD 64 3200

Hangs on the install , never gets to the gui environment,
hangs in the blue screen environment.
