Does anybody have an opinion of allowing 60 people on the same network
to connect to a 2003 box, each runnng their own copy of the same
software, via remote desktop?

My company wants to use an application that's on the server this way,
but i can't imagine what that would do to system/network resources.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that this is an awful solution.

Any thoughts?

Tony

Remote desktop doesn't work like that. Your company needs terminal services.
Make sure the application is licensed to work that way.
