We have a new machine that we have installed a new
internal fax modem on in order to send certain files to
the state. When I try to dial out, it is giving me the
message, "Your modem is being used by another program.
Please end the other program and try again." We do not
have another program running. I have even installed a new
modem into a different PCI slot. I get the same message.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
