After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Phil asked:
| Since updating Outlook 2003 I keep getting "550 relaying
| to <name@???.com> prohibited by administrator". I thought
| it was originally some security setting which checked my
| contacts to see if the address is in my contacts as some
| email addresses work and some didn't. After adding them
| into my contacts it seemed to work for a while and now
| its intermittent. One day I would reply to the email and
| its sends o.k. next time it fails with the above error
| message. Other colleges in the office are not getting
| this problem but they haven't updated outlook. I have
| searched Microsoft knowledge base and they seem to point
| to the ISP. If it was the ISP then other people in the
| office would have the same problem. Anybody have any
| solutions?
