Did anyone ever find out what the actual cause and cure were for this issue?
In reading the e-mails from others I see the exact same issues with mine.
But I didn't see anything listed as to what the fix might be......HELP! It's
driving me crazy. I send a lot of e-mail for both work and pleasure. But
the work part seems to be the worst. My dealers expect something from me
right away and I'm dinking around just trying to jam the e-mail though the
system somehow.

It's a server error and generally means you aren't authenticating with the
server.

you are not properly authenticating with the outgoing mail server - the SMTP
settings in the outlook profile are not correct.
