Sorry - no can help without basic information.

Version of Outlook? Type of Accounts? Are they set up? Did they test
correctly? Do you get any error messages? If yes, what is the exact text?
Have you contacted your ISP for assistance? What did they say? Did your
mail ever work? What happened just before it stopped working? What did you
install or uninstall just prior to it not working? (Hint - nothing is not a
good answer.)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Marge asked:

I asked several questions that you did not even attempt to answer, such as
does your mail account test settings work and if not, what is the exact
error message.

Since you are not forthcoming with this information, you can take the basic
advice that you are using another ISP SMTP server to send other than the one
that your ISP uses. Change your authentication.

If someone asks you for information to help you out, the least you can do is
answer the questions asked.

Yes, it makes a difference. You're using an ISP different that your regular
one, so the ISP you're using thinks you're relaying. Change the SMTP server
to be the SMTP server of the ISP you're currently using.
