500 series errors "usually" indicate a permissions issue on the server.
Have you contacted your host??

Steve,

The problem is not the server according to the host. Any other suggestions?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
and download a copy of FP Cleaner.
Download links are on the bottom of the page.
Run the two functions that:
Clear the FrontPage Temporary files.
Clear the Cache (*.web) files

Reopen your web and try to publish.

Hi Steve,

I downloaded the program, but after i did everything you wrote i got the
same kind of error, but about another file. Then i deleted the map Bedankt
info_files on the remote computer and started uploading. And YESS, now it
worked.

Thanks for your help!
