533 Error

I have a site in which I copied the code for a simple javascript slideshow
from the web. Now when I try to publish, I get the following error:
533-Can't open that file - no such file or directory
533-Rename/move failure; no such file or directory
My attempt shows my home page in conflict - which is where the slideshow is.
I know that it has to be with the slideshow - is there anyway I can tell
what this file is?
