This file is found by Malwarebytes: 51j5p5GI.exe.a_a. It lives is
Windows\system32.

It also periodically appears in my Windows Task Manager - Processes.
When it does, I hear beeping in my speakers.

I can't seem to find anything about it on the Internet. I'm hoping
someone will find this thread and suggest a way for me to remove it
completely. It comes back eventually after Malwarebytes deletes it.

Please send this file to http://uploads.malwarebytes.org so that I can take
a closer peek. Something may be re-creating it.
